Job Responsibilities: Mainly engaged in market development work, able to organize and carry out market expansion based on the demand for sales products, lead the implementation of sales plans and market promotions, complete customer acquisition and business development tasks, and propose marketing optimization improvement plans based on sales market conditions and organize their implementation, ensuring that the company's products are marketable, and continuously improve sales volume and market share.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for reviewing drawings, initially comparing the project drawings provided by the client, calculating building area and complexity, and estimating project costs; 2. Responsible for deepening the drawings, converting architectural structure drawings into formwork supporting drawings; 3. Formwork design, based on the final deepened drawings, designing aluminum formwork for walls, beams, back ribs, joints, stairs, and formwork; 4. Solving on-site issues, providing solutions based on customer feedback and problems encountered during the formwork production process.
Compensation: Probation period of 3-6 months, with a monthly salary of 4000 RMB for ordinary bachelor's degree holders during probation, 5000 RMB for graduates from "211" or "985" universities, and 6000 RMB for master's degree holders. Special arrangements for particularly outstanding candidates. After confirmation, compensation will be based on design area, with a monthly salary ranging from 6000 to 12000 RMB.

Development Direction:
Technical reserve personnel are mainly for the company's ongoing projects, including the Jungle Automotive Phase II project and the aluminum template expansion project. The role involves product design and development, product process planning, mechanical and electrical management, and requires acceptance of grassroots training on the production front line. Candidates should possess a spirit of hard work and dedication and be open to relocation for work.
Compensation and Benefits: The probation period lasts 3-6 months. The probation salary is 4000 RMB/month for ordinary bachelor's degree holders, 5000 RMB/month for graduates from "211" or "985" universities, and 6000 RMB/month for master's degree holders. Special arrangements will be made for particularly outstanding candidates. After the probation period, salary will be determined based on the position held.
