To address the urgent need for technical talents in CNC positions at the factory, the company has established a school-enterprise cooperation with Yantai Electronic Industrial School. After multiple negotiations and discussions, both parties drafted a cooperation training agreement in May, determining the internship plan for students majoring in CNC. On May 31, the company welcomed the first batch of 20 CNC students from Yantai Electronic Industrial School to intern at Novico. The arrival of the students was given great importance by the company’s leadership, who expressed sincere welcome on behalf of the company. To create a good working and living environment for the students, the company had already carried out comprehensive repairs on the dormitories and shuttle buses before the students arrived, ensuring good accommodation and travel conditions. To help students better and more quickly understand and familiarize themselves with the company, the company arranged for dedicated personnel to explain the company's business philosophy and development ideas, allowing students to understand the existing business model and future development plans of the company. To ensure that the internship work can be carried out smoothly, a two-day pre-job training on professional basic knowledge was organized, providing comprehensive safety production education for the students and enhancing their safety awareness through extensive training on relevant knowledge. During their internship, the students actively went to the production front line to observe and learn about the actual operation of each production link, organically integrating theoretical knowledge from books with on-site operations, gaining a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of various aspects of modern equipment production and operation. In the hot weather, sweat quickly soaked their slightly inexperienced faces. Their focused work attitude and enthusiastic work spirit earned them praise from veteran employees and mentors. After the hard work of all employees at Wuhu Conglin Automobile Company, and following the final process and quality verification by users, on April 15, 2021, the first batch of YTO orders from Wuhu Conglin Automobile was successfully shipped, marking a substantial step into industrialized production for the company. On January 1, 2021, Wuhu Conglin Automobile transitioned from the preparatory phase to the production and operation phase. This batch of YTO orders is the first order undertaken by the company, which has quickly matured in areas such as basic management and production organization, achieving production immediately upon project completion. In the first quarter, through a series of measures including personnel organization and skill enhancement, production line tooling improvements, material turnover routes, and process flow optimization, combined with support and guidance from the group company, the company successfully achieved a gradual ramp-up of production capacity. Currently, nearly a hundred units have been produced, with machines in the workshop running rapidly, welding sparks flying, and arcs flashing, as employees are seen busily working to complete subsequent production tasks and increase output. In 2015, the first order from Malaysia received high recognition from the client, establishing a long-term cooperative relationship between Maituo Lin Aluminum Formwork and the Malaysian Wanbao Group. On September 30, 2020, our company signed a contract with Modern Wanbao Group Co., Ltd. to provide aluminum formwork for the RWIP project in Malaysia. This project was delivered in two batches, with the first batch of formwork successfully shipped to Port Klang, Malaysia on November 6, 2020. On December 10, 2020, the second batch of formwork was also completed for shipment, totaling 2241.97 square meters for both batches, marking the complete delivery of the order for the RWIP project.
