In the height of summer in June, Chulang Aluminum Co., Ltd. responded simultaneously to the call for the nation’s 24th “Safety Production Month,” closely adhering to the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us.” The company meticulously organized a month-long series of safety activities. This campaign aims to comprehensively enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, strengthen the effectiveness of hazard identification and remediation, and further solidify the company’s foundation for safe production.

Guided by ideology, we must firmly establish the concept of safe development. All subsidiaries attached great importance to this series of activities for Safety Production Month and each established a leading group headed by the general manager, carefully planning and deploying the initiatives. Through activities such as watching together the educational video “Safety Production: Responsibility on Our Shoulders,” analyzing typical accident cases, and participating in the “Public Safety Open Course,” each subsidiary guided all employees to deeply understand the significance of safety production and firmly establish an awareness of safety red lines. The principal persons in charge of each unit took the lead in delivering lectures, using various forms—including “Safety Production Discussions,” “Pre-shift Meetings,” and “Case-Based Legal Education”—to promote the concept of safety production and ensure it takes root in the hearts of every employee.

Each subsidiary has extensively organized employees to study laws and regulations such as the “Work Safety Law,” the “Regulations on the Principal Responsibilities of Production and Business Entities in Shandong Province,” and the “Standards for Identifying Major Accident Hazards in Industrial and Commercial Enterprises,” thereby strengthening everyone’s awareness of understanding and complying with the law and solidifying a strong sense of safety red lines among all employees.

Prominent safety-themed slogans and banners were hung in conspicuous locations throughout the plant premises, and safety awareness videos and cautionary messages were continuously displayed on electronic screens and televisions. Employees at all levels enthusiastically signed banners bearing the campaign’s theme, expressing their firm commitment to fulfilling their safety responsibilities and jointly ensuring safe production, thereby effectively strengthening employees’ sense of safety responsibility.

Focus on practical scenarios and enhance emergency response capabilities. This Safety Month campaign highlights the core requirements of "everyone must be prepared for emergencies" and "identifying safety hazards around us." Each subsidiary has carried out in-depth hazard identification and remediation efforts, conducting comprehensive and meticulous self-inspections and self-corrections at production sites—especially in areas prone to accidents. Employees are encouraged to actively identify and report potential risks around them through methods such as "snapshots of safety hazards," striving to achieve "full coverage, no blind spots, and zero tolerance" in hazard identification and remediation. Each subsidiary has also rigorously followed its annual emergency response drill plan, organizing a series of comprehensive and specialized emergency drills, including fire-fighting drills, confined space rescue drills, and evacuation emergency rescue drills.

With the high attention from company leadership and the concerted efforts of all employees, this month-long series of solid and effective activities dedicated to safe production has significantly enhanced everyone’s safety awareness and effectively improved safety skills and emergency response capabilities. Encouragingly, in the first half of 2025, safety and environmental protection have worked synergistically, and the overall situation of safe production has remained stable and steadily improving.
