The 4th Model Worker of Jungle Aluminum Industry
The 4th Technical Experts of Jungle Aluminum Industry
Chu Xingle, the “First Model Worker” of Anhui Haichuang Group, and Jing Yuhui, the “Technical Expert” from Chonglin Aluminum Industry Company, delivered speeches.
After the awards ceremony, the company invited Mr. Kang Zhen, a seasoned expert in corporate management, to deliver a special training session titled “The Path to Enhancing Business Operations—How to Achieve Certain Growth Amidst Uncertainty.” Drawing on topics such as “The Nine Drivers of Performance Improvement,” “The Right Approach to Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement,” and “The Future Road for Enterprises,” Mr. Kang provided a systematic lecture. His teaching was enriched by numerous historical anecdotes and first-hand industry experiences, offering content that was both theoretically profound and practically instructive. The session brought cutting-edge management insights and practical methods to the attending managers and sales professionals in areas such as corporate management and marketing.
General Manager Wu Zilong delivered a concluding speech at this awards ceremony and special training session. First, Mr. Wu extended sincere gratitude to Professor Kang, an expert in corporate management, and highly praised the content and effectiveness of this training course. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the company’s leadership team, he also extended festive greetings to all the dedicated cadres and employees working diligently in various positions—including production, technology, and logistics.
General Manager Wu emphasized that, against the backdrop of intensifying market competition, businesses are facing increasing pressure—not only in terms of operations but also in their very survival. As a result, customers’ demands for product quality, delivery schedules, and pricing have risen sharply. Yet despite this mounting pressure, during the first quarter, each subsidiary still exceeded its revenue budget. Behind this remarkable achievement lies the hard work and dedication of countless dedicated employees. The model workers and technical experts honored today are outstanding representatives of these individuals—they’ve tackled challenges head-on, pursued excellence relentlessly, never shied away from hardship or failure, and with their sweat and wisdom, have built a strong defensive moat around the company. In the current new situation, General Manager Wu put forward the following requirements:
First, learn from model workers and turn ordinary tasks into extraordinary achievements. All cadres and employees should unite as one, adhering to the spirit of “loving whatever job you do” and pursuing excellence through “mastering whatever field you specialize in.” We must refine every single work process to perfection and demonstrate extraordinary dedication even in ordinary positions.
Second, take skilled technicians as role models and diligently study and hone your skills. At the heart of a great brand lies the product—the product is a company’s primary driving force. We must dare to innovate, delve deeply into our work, and continuously learn, exploring new products and new processes. Through various small-scale transformations, minor improvements, and subtle optimizations, we can steadily enhance productivity and efficiency.
Third, thoughtfully reflect on and summarize experiences to promote the practical application of training outcomes through concrete actions. All participants are encouraged to thoroughly integrate the insights and methods learned from this training into their daily practices, put them into action, return to their posts to tackle real-world challenges, penetrate deeper into the market to secure tangible orders, and strive toward achieving our semi-annual business objectives.
As the great tide surges forward, only through steadfast action can we remain at the forefront. Junlin Aluminum Company will continue to be guided by the spirit of model workers and the craftsman’s spirit, embracing “determined efforts” to meet the challenges of an “uncertain market,” and strive for an even brighter future!
