On the morning of April 20, Chonglin Aluminum Co., Ltd. organized more than 100 employees and their family members from its Longkou subsidiary and sister company, Chonglin Hailuo Hotel, to head to Luoshan in Zhaoyuan City for a spring outing titled “Greening Spring, Walking Together on the Aluminum Path.” Taking this springtime outing as an opportunity, the event aimed to strengthen team cohesion amid beautiful natural scenery and showcase the company’s vibrant energy.
Around 9 a.m., the participating employees, organized into teams by their respective units, kicked off the first round of interactive activities. They broke the ice and warmed up with a light-hearted and fun game called “Catch the Duck.” The winning team got to choose bright-colored team uniforms—such as red, blue, and orange—first. Dressed in matching attire, the team members posed for a vibrant group photo against the backdrop of Luoshan’s spring scenery, marking the energetic start of their journey.
During the hike, team members supported each other as they navigated the rugged terrain, while parents guided their children in identifying the mountain vegetation. At the scenic overlook on the main peak of Luoshan, at an altitude of over 700 meters, everyone gazed down at the mountains covered in fresh greenery, capturing with their cameras the springtime panorama where the “aluminum-blue” sky blended seamlessly with the “jungle-green” forests. Some employees remarked with emotion: “It’s rare for us to get close to nature in the workshop on a daily basis. Climbing the mountain and chatting with colleagues from other units not only keeps us physically fit but also strengthens our bonds.”
After descending the mountain, each team gathered joyfully at Shen’ao Square for some fun games. In the “You Act, I Guess” game, teams engaged in amusing contests centered around industry-specific terms like extruders and aluminum ingots. The mini-games “Guess the Number” and “Radish Squat” brought bursts of laughter and merriment from children and young employees alike, creating a harmonious blend with the lush greenery of Luoshan Qingyu. During the talent show segment, children eagerly volunteered to perform—showcasing street dance, singing, and reciting classical poetry—in turn—infusing the “family culture” and “culture of striving” with fresh vitality as they intertwined amidst the picturesque landscape. At the conclusion of the event, all participants held the company’s banner and event gifts, posing together for a group photo in front of the banner at Shen’ao Square.
This spring outing not only helped employees relieve work-related stress but also created a platform for cross-departmental communication, strengthening the company’s culture of unity and dedication.
