On July 19, the highly anticipated China International Aluminum Industry and Shanghai International Industrial Materials Exhibition grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As the premier annual event in the global aluminum industry exhibition, this year's exhibition highlights "automotive lightweighting" and attracted nearly 500 domestic and foreign companies from over 40 countries and regions to showcase the latest aluminum processing technologies, techniques, and achievements.
As a leader in the aluminum deep processing industry, the Conglin Group made another appearance at the aluminum industry exhibition, with Chairman Su Zhenjia attending the event. After the opening ceremony, relevant leaders including Chen Quanxun, President of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and Ge Honglin, Chairman of China Aluminum Corporation, visited the group’s exhibition booth, inquired in detail about the group’s aluminum processing products, and expressed their approval.
With the increasing implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction policies for automobiles and the government's strong promotion of new energy vehicles, automotive lightweighting has become an inevitable trend. Aluminum alloy bodies, with their excellent characteristics of being lightweight, safe, aesthetically pleasing, and recyclable, have become the best choice for reducing vehicle weight. The lightweight vehicles developed by the group have promoted the advancement of automotive lightweighting technology in China and the adjustment of the industrial structure, contributing to the achievement of energy-saving and emission-reduction goals in the automotive industry.
At this exhibition, the group showcased products such as rail transit profiles and components for new energy vehicles. Chairman Su Zhenjia stated in an interview that as the application fields of aluminum continue to expand, it brings rapid development to the scale of the aluminum deep processing industry. With increased investment in technological research and development, the relatively weak processing capacity in the aluminum industry will be improved, and there is enormous potential for the development of the deep processing industry.
