On August 24, the group company organized the "Jungle Group Comprehensive Promotion of 6S Lean Management Work Launch Conference," marking the full launch of the group's 6S lean management work. This is another important measure for the group company to innovate management and enhance its influence. The meeting was hosted by Liu Renjun from the Jungle Group 6S Lean Promotion Office, with Supervisor Zhou Jidong delivering an important speech. Key personnel from the 6S lean promotion teams of various units attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Liu Renjun first proposed the comprehensive promotion of 6S lean management, aiming to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction, optimize resource allocation; improve labor efficiency, enhance product quality; elevate employee quality, and improve execution capability. He also presented a comparison of enterprises that have implemented 6S lean management before and after its implementation through a PPT: with the organization and rectification of the workshop environment, adjustment of equipment layout, and optimization of processes, the production site has been continuously improved; areas were divided and marked according to engineering projects and material specifications, and materials and tools on the production site were arranged in an orderly manner, reducing employee labor intensity and improving work efficiency. The meeting established the organizational structure, implementation plan, and promotion plan for the company's 6S lean management; everyone studied the "Jungle Group 6S and Visual Management Standard Manual" and emphasized that leaders at all levels should fully recognize the importance and scientific nature of 6S management. They should base their efforts on the basic principles of 6S, combine them with industry characteristics and the actual situation of each enterprise, increase special publicity efforts, strengthen on-site supervision and inspection, improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism, and strive to innovate and explore the content, form, and methods of modern management, creating a unique management model, ultimately achieving the goal of reducing enterprise operating costs and improving economic benefits.
At the meeting, Supervisor Zhou Jidong put forward higher requirements, calling for full attention and participation from all employees to comprehensively promote the work. He proposed that to ensure the solid advancement and effectiveness of 6S lean management work, the following should be done: 1. Leaders of each unit must lead by example, implementing from top to bottom, ensuring that norms, training, and inspections are regular, forming a long-term mechanism for 6S lean management. 2. Insist on full participation, continuously improve overall quality, and enhance the effective management of various resources in the company, maximizing work efficiency and employee morale. 3. Persist and continuously improve. Each unit should treat 6S lean management as part of daily and important work, ensuring that 6S lean management work is deployed, implemented, and assessed together with production and operation work, ensuring significant effectiveness in lean work. The importance and necessity of comprehensively promoting 6S management work in the Jungle Group were further emphasized.
Management is limited, but creativity is unlimited. The effective implementation of 6S work requires everyone's joint efforts and continuous improvement. We cannot let 6S be superficial; instead, we must form a working habit of 6S everywhere and at all times, effectively executing relevant rules and regulations, and creating a standardized management system. Details determine success or failure. The comprehensive promotion of 6S lean management in the Jungle will also improve our inherent behavioral habits, optimize the on-site office environment, and enhance the overall quality of the team, winning new momentum and support for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
After the meeting, the Jungle Group 6S Lean Promotion Office quickly organized personnel to visit and communicate with various enterprises on-site. Currently, all work is progressing in an orderly manner.
