Jungle Kewa successfully signed a contract with the Hong Kong Marine Department.

On October 10, 2017, the signing ceremony for the Hong Kong Marine Department's Project No. 6/2017 for four high-speed interceptors was held in the Marine Department office building at the Hong Kong Government Dockyard. Relevant leaders from the Hong Kong Marine Department and Hong Kong Customs, along with Mr. Zhu Weizhong, Vice President of the Jungle Group, and Mr. Liu Mingyang, Minister of Overseas Business of Jungle Kewa, attended the signing ceremony. The vessels in this project have a total length of 17.5 meters and a maximum speed of 55 knots, with the main propulsion system selected from internationally renowned brands, classified by DNV, and are intended for use by Hong Kong Customs to carry and transport law enforcement personnel for various operations and tasks such as smuggling prevention, law enforcement, and patrolling under all-weather, complex sea conditions.
This project is the second project that Jungle Kewa has won this year from the Hong Kong Marine Department. The design for the first fire rescue boat project has been basically completed and will soon enter the construction phase. The successful completion of this project will greatly enhance Jungle Kewa's design and construction capabilities in aluminum alloy high-speed boats, laying a solid foundation for better entry into the public service, patrol, and law enforcement fields.
