In 2019, Conglin Aluminum comprehensively fulfilled its responsibilities towards employees, the industry, society, and the environment in areas such as employee development, user service, industry service, and social service, promoting the coordinated and harmonious development of the company within the entire society.
1. People-oriented, caring for employees
The company has always adhered to the management philosophy of "people-oriented," unifying the personal values of employees with the company's values, shaping a corporate culture centered on quality pursuit. The contract signing rate with employees reached 100%, and the company provided social pension insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance, and other types of insurance for employees, regularly organizing health check-ups to protect employees' legal rights.

First, break down the barriers of departmental information isolation, integrate customer information originally scattered across departments, manage it uniformly, provide comprehensive information materials that can be shared among departments, coordinate departmental actions, and ensure the healthy operation of supply, production, sales, and services. In recent years, the company has focused on the development of aluminum profiles for high-speed train bodies with higher speeds, lighter commercial vehicles and automotive parts, and aluminum profiles with superior corrosion resistance for marine and engineering structures, as well as innovations in aluminum alloy melting, mold design and manufacturing, and extrusion processes, overcoming many common and key technical challenges in the industry, filling domestic and international product and technology gaps, and leading the industry in technological advancement, promoting the upgrade of product quality in related industries.
To promote the application and popularization of lightweight commercial vehicles and aluminum alloy automotive parts, Conglin Group has completed the development of aluminum alloy lightweight box-type, low-platform, and tank-type semi-trailers for the first time in China. Conglin Aluminum comprehensively considers the high weight reduction requirements and complex operating environments of commercial vehicles, developing various specifications and models of aluminum profiles for automobiles, with annual sales reaching nearly 10,000 tons, strongly supporting the market demand for lightweight commercial vehicles and aluminum alloy automotive parts, playing a significant role in achieving energy conservation and emission reduction goals in the automotive and transportation sectors, and promoting structural adjustment and optimization upgrades in the semi-trailer industry.
The company is committed to standardized management and places importance on national and industry standards, being an important member of the Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee. It has successively served as the primary drafting unit for three national standards: GB/T 26494-2011 "Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for Rail Vehicle Structures," 20131044-T-610 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for Automobiles," and 20140096-T-610 "Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for All-Aluminum Bridge Structures." It has participated in the formulation of 18 national standards, including GB/T 6892 "General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles," GB/T 26006 "Marine Aluminum Alloy Extruded Pipes, Bars, and Profiles," and GB/T 14846 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profile Dimensional Deviations," establishing a high influence and brand awareness in the industry.
The company actively participates in standardization activities in related fields and applies advanced domestic and international standards, achieving alignment with advanced technologies at home and abroad. Currently, Conglin Aluminum's industrial aluminum profile products mainly implement national standards such as GB/T 26494 "Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for Rail Vehicle Structures" and GB/T 6892-2006 "General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles," and adopt international advanced standards such as EN 775.2-1997 "Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Alloy Bars, Pipes, and Profiles" and ASTM G 47-1990 "Test Methods for Measuring Stress Corrosion Cracking Sensitivity of 2000 Series and 7000 Series Aluminum Alloy Products."
To adapt to the rapid development needs of the market, the company vigorously develops the industrial strategy of lightweight high-end equipment using aluminum alloys, conducting targeted R&D work, actively promoting the engineering transformation of scientific and technological achievements, with a core product and technology engineering transformation rate exceeding 90%.
