To further strengthen the company's party building management, fully leverage the combat fortress role of grassroots party organizations, and mobilize the work enthusiasm of all party members,On the afternoon of June 29, Conglin Aluminum Company held a meeting for all party members, chaired by the company’s party secretary, Xie Shoubin, with all party members in attendance. The main agenda of this meeting included two items: first, the establishment of the Conglin Aluminum Party Committee and six branches, completing the election of committee members; second, recognizing advanced party members for 2023.

At the beginning of the meeting, all party members revisited the party membership oath. During the swearing-in ceremony, facing the bright red party flag, the party members were all spirited. Under the leadership of the oath leader, Party Secretary Xie Shoubin, all party members solemnly raised their right fists and took the oath. The powerful oaths resonated throughout the venue, with each line of the party membership oath carrying significant weight, expressing the responsibilities and commitments of being a party member in the new era.

After the oath, the company completed the election of the Conglin Aluminum Party Committee members and the Discipline Inspection Committee members, and elected a new party secretary and discipline inspection secretary. The newly appointed party committee members and discipline inspection secretary made statements in turn.

At the same time, the newly established party branches of Conglin Aluminum Company, Novico Company, Fuluhau Company, Maituo Lin Company, Wuhu Automobile Company, and the Aluminum Industry Agency Party Branch.The six branches completed the election of branch committee members and branch secretaries at their respective venues, with the election process being smooth and orderly.

After completing the elections for the party committee and branch committee members, the conference recognizedthe advanced party members for 2023. Through organizational recommendations, democratic evaluations, and party committee approvals, the advanced party members for 2023 were determined to be Wang Shuzhi, Zhang Yunwei, and 6 other party members. They took the lead, dedicated themselves, and demonstrated the responsibilities and actions of party members through practical actions, effectively playing the role of vanguard and model for party members, serving as benchmarks and role models for all party members to learn from. The party committee leaders presented awards to the advanced party members, and representatives of the advanced party members spoke in turn.

At the end of the meeting, Party Secretary Xie Shoubin delivered a concluding speech.

Xie pointed out that the company is currently at a critical period of overcoming challenges. All party members must remember their identity, stay true to their original aspirations, play an active role in their respective positions, strive to do their jobs well, not fear hardship, take the lead in dedication, create first-class work achievements, and demonstrate the feelings and sense of responsibility of a communist party member. He also put forward three requirements for the company's party building work:

First, effectively strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations.With the new party committee and branches established, all levels of party organizations should carry out organizational activities according to the requirements of the party constitution, guide and educate party members to play their roles, manage party members to achieve the three goals, and build the branches into combat fortresses.

Second, learn from the advanced, strive to be advanced, and create a good atmosphere of competition for excellence.All party members, especially party leaders, should learn from the recognized advanced party members, learn from their dedication to their positions and hard work. Each of us party members should align ourselves with the advanced party members, have a good image, enthusiasm, and passion among the masses, truly embodying the glorious image of a communist party member in the hearts of the people.

Third, strengthen theoretical learning, delve into practical work, and promote management improvement.Currently, the company is deeply promoting"Double Basic" management. We party members and cadres should take the lead, go deep into production and operation sites, engage with frontline employees, understand and grasp the existing management issues within the company, clarify the situation, accurately identify problems, and propose practical solutions.
