On June 30, 2022, at 8:30 AM, the first employee representative assembly of Conglin Aluminum Company was grandly held in the company's 131 conference room. The company's management team and 98 employee representatives from various units and departments attended the assembly, with Wuhu Automobile Company participating via video. At the beginning of the meeting, the company's chairman, Qin Weixing, delivered a speech. He first congratulated the assembly on behalf of the company's management team and extended sincere greetings and high respect to all employee representatives and all employees.

Chairman Qin pointed out that this assembly is of great significance, being the first since the establishment of Conglin Aluminum Company. It is an important milestone in the company's implementation of democratic management and supervision, and a major event in the democratic political life of all cadres and employees. It is of great importance for further promoting the company's democratic management process, safeguarding employees' legitimate rights and interests, building harmonious labor relations, and uniting employee strength. The representatives attending this assembly include management personnel at all levels, technical backbones of the company, and frontline industrial workers, with special provisions made for the number of female employee representatives to ensure they can fully represent the 1,600 employees of the company in exercising their rights and obligations. Chairman Qin put forward the following requirements for all employee representatives: first, to perform their duties responsibly, play a model role and act as a bridge, and be steadfast executors and promoters of the company's established policies; second, to actively offer suggestions and fully play the role of employee owners.
According to the meeting agenda, the assembly voted to approve three proposals: "Interim Measures for Employee Rewards and Punishments", "Measures for Controlling Total Salary Expenses", and "Attendance and Leave Management Measures".
