June 2022 marked the 21st National "Safety Production Month". Conglin Aluminum focused on the theme of "Complying with the Safety Production Law and Being the First Responsible Person" and held a special training session on "Safety Production Month" on June 15, 2022, in Conference Room 131 of Conglin Building. The Production Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized safety management personnel from various subsidiaries to watch safety education warning videos and invited the Longkou City Fire Rescue Team to conduct safety education, effectively enhancing the safety production awareness of the company's personnel and eliminating safety hazards. Nearly 70 people participated in the training, including Vice President Wang Huiyong, Assistant President Jiang Jian, members of various subsidiaries, relevant personnel from production departments, corporate safety officers, and employee representatives, with Wuhu Automotive Company attending via video.

According to the training agenda, everyone first watched the safety education theme film "Complying with the Safety Production Law and Being the First Responsible Person" and the environmental safety warning film "Ecological Environment Safety Warning Education Film". The videos selected major and typical accident cases that occurred in recent years, revealing the causes and problems behind the accidents through a combination of restoring the accident scene, interviews with those involved, and authoritative analysis by experts. This served as a wake-up call for all personnel regarding safety and helped improve the safety production responsibility awareness of everyone, strengthening the company's safety production defense line.

Chief Wang Ruohan from the Longkou City Fire Rescue Team gave a safety fire education lecture. Using typical fire accident cases as examples, Chief Wang provided detailed explanations on the causes of fires, escape drills, fire safety knowledge, how to correctly dial 119, and fire safety management. At the same time, interactive teaching was conducted on-site using fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and other firefighting equipment, emphasizing the operational steps and precautions during use, effectively improving the emergency response capabilities of various units.

Registered Safety Engineer Han Daowei conducted a safety management education lecture, providing professional training on four major aspects: personnel safety responsibilities, safety laws and regulations, on-site warning signs, and major hazards in deep well casting. Particularly focusing on the deep well casting process of Conglin Aluminum Company, he analyzed key safety hazards from multiple angles in accordance with the national "Aluminum Seven Regulations" inspection points, such as how to use emergency shut-off devices to stop aluminum water leakage accidents at the nascent stage to avoid major safety incidents.

Minister of Production Safety and Environmental Protection Ma Yuda reported on the company's work-related injury accidents from January to June 2022 and conducted a cause analysis. The common issues identified were: violations of safety operating procedures, illegal operations, inadequate on-site safety management, failure to implement safety protection measures, and weak self-protection awareness among employees. Minister Ma emphasized that the lessons from accidents are profound, causing not only economic losses to the enterprise but also irreparable mental harm to individuals. All workers must earnestly adhere to the principle of "not harming oneself, not harming others, not being harmed by others, and protecting others from harm". Furthermore, Minister Ma required each subsidiary to focus on the following four aspects: utilizing team platforms for safety education and promotion, solidifying safety foundational management; establishing a long-term mechanism for hazard identification and rectification, continuously discovering and solving problems; conducting emergency plan drills to improve emergency rescue capabilities for unexpected events; clarifying safety production target responsibilities and increasing the assessment of leadership personnel; finally, requiring management personnel at all levels to lead by example, improve safety management levels, and strive to achieve safety production in the enterprise.

Finally, Vice President Wang Huiyong delivered a concluding speech. He first thanked Chief Wang and Engineer Han for providing an engaging and vivid safety production education lesson. Based on the video case analysis, Vice President Wang requested that each subsidiary enhance the safety skills of all personnel through measures such as improving safety operating procedures, formulating work instructions, and strengthening job training to prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

In response to this safety learning, Vice President Wang Huiyong proposed the following requirements:

1. Promote Safety Production Month activities and enhance safety culture construction.Currently, each subsidiary has established a Safety Month activity group and formulated activity plans. Each subsidiary should improve employee safety awareness through various learning and activities, standardize corporate safety behavior, and create a good cultural atmosphere where everyone talks about safety.;

2. Improve various safety regulations and enhance safety system construction..Each subsidiary should earnestly study and promote relevant regulations such as the "Safety Production Management System" and the "Safety Production Responsibility Accountability System", establishing a standardized safety production management system to enhance the scientific, professional, and standardized level of corporate safety management.;

3. Focus on the production front line, highlight key points, and strengthen hazard identification and rectification.Each subsidiary should conduct irregular inspections of production sites, and for any safety hazards discovered during inspections, immediate rectification should be carried out, with clear responsibilities and rectification timelines to form a closed-loop management system. Especially for the Conglin Aluminum Casting Branch, lessons should be learned from the aluminum water explosion accident at Guangdong Jingmei Company to strengthen hazard identification and rectification, eliminating safety hazards at their nascent stage.;

4. Analyze work-related injury accident cases and strengthen learning.In response to recent work-related injury accidents caused by violations during special operations such as forklifts and cranes, each subsidiary should strictly implement the "Ten Don't Fork" and "Ten Don't Lift" principles for forklifts and lifting equipment, establishing a safety red line in thought and enhancing safety awareness. At the same time, regular training for special operation personnel should be organized to improve professional operating levels.;

5. Conduct on-site inspections and health check-ups to continuously improve the working environment for employees.Each subsidiary should strengthen on-site inspections of hazardous factors in production workshops, develop solutions based on inspection data, and ensure employee health. Regular occupational health check-ups for employees should be conducted, and a comprehensive occupational health record for each employee should be established.;

6. Improve safety file construction and promote safety production.Each enterprise should continuously improve important files such as employee training records, health records, and special operation certificates to provide a solid foundation for the company's safety production.

Finally,Vice President Wang Huiyongrequired that leadership personnel lead by example, "be upright and act without being commanded", strengthen basic safety management, resolutely eliminate "three violations" behaviors, strictly implement the "four no harm" principle, ensure that "safety first, alarm bells ringing", and thoroughly grasp the various tasks of Safety Production Month, fulfilling the main responsibility for safety production, ensuring that the Safety Production Month activities achieve practical results, and solidly advancing the company's safety production work to a new level.
