Liu Changjia,Male, born in 1991, currently serves as the 1000-ton main operator at Conglin Aluminum Company. He joined the factory in 2007 and has gradually grown from a material handler to a calibration worker and then to a deputy operator, becoming a comprehensive technical main operator. During his tenure as the 1000-ton main operator, he led his team to diligently complete the production tasks assigned by the workshop, striving to improve output and yield, with his team consistently ranking among the top in the company. Due to the characteristics of the 1000-ton machine profile, such as small single weight, extra-long length, and ultra-thin thickness, production faced certain difficulties. He faced challenges head-on, actively collaborating with process technicians to tackle problems and conduct experiments, changing previous process parameters, appropriately adjusting extrusion speed and quenching water mist volume, ensuring timely completion of plans, creating good economic benefits for the company, and meeting user requirements.

Yao Xinghao,Male, born in 1987, currently serves as the 8000-ton deputy operator at Conglin Aluminum Company’s extrusion branch. Since joining the factory in 2014, he has maintained a rigorous, practical, diligent, and hardworking spirit in his work, adhering to rules and regulations, and a humble and cautious work style. When facing the challenges of extruding rail transit profiles, such as low qualification rates for profile trial molds and low yield rates, he actively cooperates with various departments including technology, quality assurance, and molds, identifying and solving production difficulties to ensure smooth delivery of profiles. For new product models and trial production of new alloys, he actively collaborates with the process team to carry out various trial production tasks, providing timely feedback on production issues, and jointly discussing solutions to ensure quality and quantity for on-time delivery. While completing deputy operator duties, he also actively assists with other team tasks, capable of covering multiple positions and organizing production scientifically and reasonably according to production plans and technical requirements, promptly addressing outstanding issues in production.

Jiang Guizhao,Male, born in 1982, currently serves as the workshop leader in the machining workshop at Conglin Aluminum Company’s casting branch.2014He joined the factory in [year], mainly responsible for the cutting, turning, homogenization of aluminum rods in Class C casting, as well as daily safety management of the team. He is diligent and studious, having learned and mastered the theoretical knowledge of "Aluminum Rod Processing Specifications" and "Aluminum Rod Inspection Specifications," as well as practical skills in using and maintaining cutting, turning, and crane equipment. He also strengthens on-site management, strictly enforces work discipline, and implements various reward and punishment systems. When equipment issues arise, he takes the lead, working overtime to assist maintenance personnel. The machining workshop has many mechanical tools, and to ensure safe operations, he adopts a four-step approach of "knowledge learning + pre-job training + awareness + preventive measures" based on the issues of using machinery in the workshop, ensuring safe production and achieving "0" work injuries.

Jiang Rongren,Male, born in 1982, currently serves as a CNC milling worker at Conglin Aluminum Company’s mold branch. He joined the factory in 2002 and has been engaged in CNC processing work, proficient in operating five-axis, Xiehong, profiling machining centers, flexible line machining centers, vertical lathes, and other equipment. In his ordinary position, he always strictly demands himself with the belief of "if you do it, do it excellently; if you don’t, don’t do it at all." From ordinary milling machines to advanced flexible production lines, he studies CNC processing theoretical knowledge in his spare time, while actively participating in the company’s independent processing work for busbars, optimizing processing technology to meet customer requirements for processing accuracy. Through continuous optimization of processing technology, he adopted a method of simultaneous processing at both ends of the profile, improving processing efficiency. His twenty years of steadfast dedication is the best embodiment of the craftsman spirit of this unassuming master.

Liu Yuntao,Male, born in 1994, currently serves as a packaging worker in the production safety and environmental protection department at Novico Company. He joined the factory in 2015. In his daily work, he actively learns various material drawings, memorizing every material with critical dimensions during the packaging process. Adhering to the principle of safe material transportation, he reasonably utilizes the relationship between external packaging structure and internal packaging to ultimately achieve the strongest and most practical packaging with the least material. For example, during the Jiangshui Trench project packaging, he considered various factors such as the arrangement of actual materials, packaging structure, and vehicle transport space limitations, changing the stacking order inside the box, and reasonably utilizing packaging space, saving one packaging box for every two train loads compared to previous packaging methods, resulting in a total savings of about 8000 yuan for the entire project. He demonstrates through his actions that doing ordinary things to perfection can lead to extraordinary results.

Wang Zhao'an,Born in 1997, currently serves as a washing worker in the production safety and environmental protection department at Maituo Lin Company. Despite his young age, he is a "master" with six years of work experience, and his enthusiasm for work and solid work style have been fully recognized by company leaders and praised by colleagues. In his daily work, he is adept at researching work details, proposing effective improvement proposals based on practical situations. For the issue of varying depths on milling machines, he researched based on past work experience and improved the material clamping groove by raising the milling machine, effectively improving workflow, ensuring uniform milling edges, enhancing work efficiency while preventing tool replacement and wear. For the challenges of secondary processing of old profile materials, he proposed improvement methods based on research and completed tooling with colleagues, saving time and effort. He also improved the processing method of parts using idle machine tools, enhancing processing efficiency while eliminating safety hazards. During production, he carefully reviews drawings, simplifying specific profile processing guidance drawings without compromising accuracy, making them easy to understand for employees, effectively improving processing speed and accuracy.

Wang YugangMale, born in 1992, currently the workstation leader of the Production Safety and Environmental Protection Department at Fuluhaufu Company. He joined the factory in 2018 and is mainly responsible for the assembly and welding of the five-sided structure of box trucks, as well as the assembly, debugging, and welding of wing span vehicles. Since starting work, he has diligently learned and thought critically, discovering and solving various difficult problems that arise in his work. During the JD refrigerated truck floor project in 2019, the company lacked aluminum welders, and he volunteered to be on the front line, leading the welding team to work overtime for 22 consecutive days, ensuring the successful completion of the project. In his daily work, he conducts in-depth research and discussions on vehicle structures and assembly steps, proposing various effective improvement suggestions for tools, equipment, and assembly processes. Through cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, reduced labor intensity, improved product quality, and increased safety factors, he has made outstanding contributions to the company. Having experienced the beautiful scenery along the journey, there are even better views ahead. He is leading all workstation employees with greater enthusiasm for work, promoting achievements, and selflessly contributing.

Wan BinMale, born in 1987, currently a welder in the box body welding team of the Production Safety and Environmental Protection Department at Wuhu Automobile Company. He joined the factory in 2020 and has developed from a secondary protection welder to an excellent automatic welder, aluminum welder, and steel welder in a key position. Since joining, he has faced difficulties without fear, worked diligently, adhered to rules and regulations, and established a good reputation among all employees. To improve his work level, he is diligent in learning and studying welding knowledge and practical skills in aluminum and steel welding. In the box body welding team, he is responsible for the automatic welding workstation for side panels, actively learning the operation and theoretical knowledge of automatic welding equipment from the equipment manufacturers. He is now capable of mastering intermittent welding of side panels, automatic welding operations for inner and outer beams, laser calibration, and debugging of automatic welding equipment. While completing various tasks assigned by leaders in a timely manner, he also possesses team awareness, actively leading new employees to familiarize themselves with the on-site workstation and equipment operation, truly achieving the role of a mentor in "passing on, helping, and bringing along".
