In order to fully understand the thoughts and dynamics of newly hired university students, their living conditions, and to build a platform for communication, to understand the voices of new employees at close range, and to help new employees quickly integrate into the corporate culture, recently, Conglin Aluminum organized a seminar for newly hired university students. President Wang Gang presided over the meeting, which was attended by the heads of the president's office, human resources department, and 15 newly hired university students from various majors.

President Wang pointed out that Conglin Aluminum, as a domestic enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of aluminum alloy profiles and lightweight equipment, has created multiple firsts in the industry and is a banner of high-end aluminum processing in China, with a high industry status and brand influence. After restructuring, Conglin Aluminum has achieved a rebirth, and with the strong support of the new shareholder, the management of Conglin Aluminum has been put on the right track and is gradually moving onto the fast track of development. He hopes that the university students will firmly root themselves in Conglin, focus on their job positions, work actively, and quickly grow into the backbone of the company. At the same time, President Wang also offered suggestions and requirements for the university students' future work: first, to accelerate the role transition, quickly integrate into the company, and enhance their sense of belonging and honor; second, to love their jobs, be loyal to the company, and cherish their positions; third, to be practical, strengthen professional learning, and enhance their ability to perform their duties; fourth, to be bold in innovation and breakthroughs, and promote the development of the company.
