On the morning of March 23, Luy Bo, the Secretary of the Longkou Municipal Committee, led a delegation including Zhao Shujie, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee, and heads of departments such as the Science and Technology Bureau and the Epidemic Prevention Office to conduct research and guidance at the Conglin Fuluhau Company. They were accompanied by Shan Chengrui, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhuyouguan Town, Qin Weixing, Chairman of Conglin Aluminum Company, Wang Gang, President, Wang Huiyong, Vice President, and Shang Cheng, Secretary of the Board.
Secretary Luy and his team first inspected the epidemic prevention and workshop production situation at Conglin Fuluhau Company, and then held discussions with the company's leadership.
Chairman Qin first reported to Secretary Luy on the production and operation situation of Conglin Aluminum from January to February this year and the related epidemic prevention work; secondly, based on the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan of Conglin Aluminum and recent market research, he reported on the company's industrial development plan; finally, he raised issues that need government coordination to solve, regarding the difficulties the company is currently facing in production and operation.
Secretary Luy Bo stated that Conglin Aluminum must strengthen its main responsibility for epidemic prevention, prioritizing "external prevention of input" and strictly implementing epidemic prevention measures for imported goods. Regarding the issues raised by the company concerning the implementation of tax incentive policies, handling of property rights certificates, and operation certificates for aluminum alloy trailers, Secretary Luy expressed that solutions would be promoted according to the overall principle of benefiting enterprises, and appointed Wang Jianbo, Director of the Longkou Big Data Bureau, as the government commissioner for Conglin Aluminum, serving as the communication liaison between the government and the enterprise. As of the date of this report, Conglin Aluminum has organized and submitted a list of issues needing government coordination to the Longkou Municipal Committee Office, and will maintain close contact with the government for follow-up.
