He briefly reviewed the supply and demand situation of China's aluminum extrusion industry in 2021 with the topics "New Directions for the Development of the Domestic Aluminum Processing Industry" and "Analysis of the Main Product Application Areas and Growth Potential of China's Aluminum Extrusion Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period," and detailed the current main product application areas of the domestic aluminum extrusion industry, the growth potential analysis of the aluminum processing industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and the future development direction of the aluminum processing industry.

The company commended the personnel and teams who made outstanding contributions to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement and technological innovation in 2021, hoping that the awarded personnel will continue to work hard and achieve better results, and all technical personnel should take them as examples to learn from and create a positive atmosphere.

Regarding the company's technological innovation work in 2022, President Qin put forward the following hopes and requirements:

1. Unite thoughts and enhance awareness. Technology is the core competitiveness of enterprises.In today's society, we are in a "explosion period" of technological development. Enterprises without core technology are like walking in a desert. The aluminum processing industry is a technology-intensive industry, involving various technologies such as materials, processing technology, engineering structure, and applications. The company has a wide variety of products, complex technical performance, and rapid updates. Only by continuously increasing investment in technological innovation can we maintain competitive advantages in the industry.Technological innovation is the key factor in enhancing the market competitiveness of products.Competition among enterprises no longer solely relies on price wars. Only by having unique core technologies can one stand undefeated in fierce market competition.Technological innovation is the pillar and source of power for enterprise development,and it is also an inevitable choice for enterprises to cope with market competition. Looking at the world, all excellent enterprises are industry technology leaders. All units should fully recognize the importance of technological research and development work to the company, effectively grasp technological research and development work and team building, and ensure the healthy and stable development of the company.

2. Strengthen the construction of technical teams and improve the level of technological research and development.

Third, fully utilize the role of national-level enterprise technology centers and post-doctoral workstations, use these platforms to formulate industry standards or establish R&D projects for technology industries, and widely acquire updated technical knowledge. Fourth, create a relaxed, free, and vibrant working environment with an open mind and attitude. Technical work is different from daily production management; it requires a specific working environment and mechanism, with less constraint and more tolerance.

2. Improve the growth channel to promote the growth of technical talents.The technology center should establish a scientific and fair evaluation system for technical personnel, formulate promotion standards that accurately reflect the actual level of technical personnel, value skill levels and scientific and technological achievements, and guide everyone to focus on improving knowledge and practical abilities; talent should be selected and employed without rigid constraints. 3. Optimize the incentive and salary distribution mechanism to improve the income level of technical personnel. First, the technical departments of each unit should systematically sort out the factors affecting product quality, manufacturing costs, and production efficiency, list them, and organize efforts to tackle key and difficult issues; second, a standardized technical quotation system should be established to accurately calculate product material costs, processing costs, and other technical production costs, providing detailed data support for product pricing, and assisting sales personnel in technical communication, explaining product technical performance indicators and processing technology to customers in detail, improving customer recognition, and providing strong support for market expansion; third, increase investment in new product research and development, conduct market research, material testing, product trial production, process tooling testing, and other work to ensure that the starting point for new product development is high and reaches the advanced level of similar products.

Fourth, make every effort to complete the annual technical development goals.Each unit just reported the target tasks for 2022, which are not high in number but should meet our actual needs.2022The annual production and operation comprehensive plan has identified 21 technical research and development projects and 39 technical quality rectification issues. In the subsequent production and operation process, new research and development projects will emerge, and the technical departments of each unit must clarify their thoughts, define guarantee measures, and ensure that research and development tasks are completed as planned.

Fifth, broaden the social technical cooperation channels with universities, school-enterprise collaborations, etc., striving for practical results.The technical center should carry out technical cooperation with Shandong University and Jilin University in lightweight automotive design, mold design, extrusion processing technology, product optimization, etc., and draft an implementation plan in the first quarter.

Sixth, integrate internal and external technical resources, explore the establishment of a new system for technical teams, and enhance overall technical research and development capabilities and technical levels.First, the technical center should explore the establishment of a core research and development team to conduct joint research and development efforts on common, basic, forward-looking technologies, and new product development projects; second, coordinate internal resources to address the problems encountered by each unit in the research and development process, mobilizing technical resources within the group to meet the needs of research and development work; third, continuously expand ideas, introduce external key technical forces, and enhance the overall technical capabilities of the group company.

At the end of the meeting, General Qin emphasized that Conglin Aluminum has experienced the baptism of bankruptcy reorganization, resulting in a significant loss of technical talent and a relatively weak technical force, which has severely restricted the company's development.
