On March 2, the group company held an employee symposium in the multifunctional hall on the first floor, aimed at further strengthening communication and interaction with employees, addressing issues encountered in their work and life; encouraging employees to identify problems in the company's development process, helping the company improve management and enhance efficiency. The meeting was hosted by Chairman Su Zhenjia, with President Qu Jigang, Vice President Zhao Zhisheng, and other senior leaders, as well as department heads from relevant units attending the meeting, and over 100 employees from functional departments participating in the discussion.

At the symposium, participating employees were enthusiastic and spoke freely, sharing their feelings and ideas. From the perspective of caring for the company's development and construction, they actively offered suggestions regarding their own work situations, proposing targeted and innovative suggestions in areas such as business training, corporate culture construction, customer resource allocation, and sales model innovation. Through communication, many issues such as training needs and financial system construction were resolved on-site, reflecting the company's leadership's concern for employees and the importance placed on employee suggestions, making employees deeply feel that the enterprise is closely related to them, enhancing their determination to root themselves in the company and strengthening their confidence in doing their jobs well.

At the meeting, Chairman Su Zhenjia briefly introduced the company's development overview and future development direction, recognized and affirmed the employees' active contributions, corrected and guided their misunderstandings, and expressed expectations and requirements for the growth of young employees. Based on the actual work of participating employees' departments, President Su provided guidance and suggestions for the future work of each department, including: training work, personnel allocation, information technology work, financial structure system, and system construction. Regarding training work, President Su pointed out that in 2016, a systematic and scientific standardized training system should be established, focusing on strengthening the effectiveness of corporate training; by combining corporate operational goals with talent development strategies, assisting each enterprise in tailoring an efficient training system that meets sustainable development; fully implementing the qualification examination and certification system for positions, ensuring systematic training at any position and stage, enhancing professional knowledge and skills training according to work needs, and improving the overall quality of all employees. President Su hopes that all employees can cherish their work opportunities, continuously learn to improve their understanding, enrich and perfect themselves, work pragmatically, effectively, and innovatively, and quickly grow into outstanding talents capable of taking on responsibilities, providing continuous motivation for the group's sustainable development.

President Qu Jigang provided comments and analysis on the symposium. He pointed out that while all employees do their jobs well and master work experience and skills, they should also think more about future development and personal capability enhancement, focus on cultivating scientific thinking methods, improve innovation capabilities, and drive work innovation through conceptual innovation, thereby enhancing the overall work effectiveness of the department.
