On March 16, Dr. Guo Jie and his team from the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport visited Conglin to conduct research on promoting green and low-carbon transportation development. Chairman Su Zhenjia and Chief Engineer Gao Anjiang accompanied the visit.
Green and low-carbon transportation is a mode of transportation development characterized by high energy efficiency, low energy consumption, low pollution, and low emissions. Its core lies in improving the energy efficiency of transportation, enhancing the energy structure of transportation, and optimizing the development mode of transportation. It is an important development path and high-end development vision for the transportation industry. During the visit, Chairman Su Zhenjia emphasized to the guests the efforts and achievements made by Conglin in the lightweight aluminum alloy vehicles. Su pointed out that the aluminum alloy lightweight vehicles produced by Conglin can reduce the overall vehicle weight by more than 30%. For example, in the case of a loaded trailer, fuel consumption can be reduced by more than 20%. Based on an annual distance of 150,000 kilometers, a single vehicle can save about 70,000 yuan in fuel costs per year. Loaded trailers are significant fuel consumers in the transportation sector, so in the long run, aluminum trailers not only have significant energy-saving effects but also bring transportation and fuel-saving benefits due to energy conservation and consumption reduction, which is of great significance for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in China's transportation sector.
Dr. Guo Jie highly praised Conglin's contributions to the development of the transportation industry and expressed hope that Conglin would continue to take the promotion of transportation development as its mission and strive to accelerate the transformation of transportation development modes to achieve green and low-carbon development in transportation.
