Since taking on a new order for 20 box-type skeleton vehicles from Shanghai Chuantong Logistics in late March, Conglin Automobile's various workshops have focused on production, working overtime to meet the tight production schedule. In just 9 days, they completed the task of bringing 20 vehicles online. Currently, the 20 vehicles have begun to come off the production line one after another, undergoing vehicle assembly and interior work.

The vehicles in this order are different from those previously used by express logistics companies such as YTO, Yunda, and Guotong. The products transported by previous express logistics customers were mainly network express goods, most of which were lightweight cargo with a total weight of less than 15 tons. Customers required vehicles with large capacity and lightweight design. In contrast, Shanghai Chuantong Logistics belongs to the express delivery industry, which not only carries ordinary express goods but also heavier social materials, with total cargo weights possibly exceeding 30 tons. Due to the different cargo carrying capacities, new requirements and challenges have been posed for vehicle design.

In response to the requirements of new field customers, Conglin Automobile conducted thorough analysis, aiming to enhance the strength of the vehicle frame. They changed the aluminum crossbeam to iron at the concentrated force points of the vehicle, strengthening the load-bearing capacity of the crossbeam; extended the connection plates of the lower beams and added connection plates to the upper beams to ensure overall load-bearing strength; increased the side panel columns to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the side panels; and added folding support legs to address customer concerns about the load-bearing capacity at the front of the vehicle, preventing the vehicle from tipping forward. The overall design of the vehicle has received customer approval and recognition. In the future, a series of innovative designs and technical improvements made for Shanghai Chuantong Logistics vehicles will soon be applied to other express logistics companies currently in negotiation, driving enterprise development through technological innovation in response to market demand, thereby increasing the volume of enterprise orders.
