From the overall situation in the first quarter of 2016, Conglin Aluminum's total output showed a growth trend compared to last year, exceeding the operational targets for the first quarter, and the overall development trend is good. Entering the second quarter, Conglin Aluminum is actively adjusting its development strategy based on consolidating its existing markets such as container profiles and vehicle body profiles, striving to open up new markets, increasing market development efforts, and seeking more orders for the aluminum industry.
As of now, the projects undertaken by Conglin Aluminum include high-speed rail, subways, mobile phone cases, and containers. Among them, the high-speed rail projects include Shanghai Line 9, Shanghai Line 13, Suzhou Line 1, and Shenzhen Line 7; the subway projects include Chongqing Metro, Zhengzhou Metro, Chengdu Metro, Sifang CRH6 Metro, high-altitude vehicles, and Singapore T251 Metro. Currently, all projects are progressing simultaneously, working hard to meet deadlines and ensure progress to meet customer usage needs. Entering the second quarter, the projects undergoing initial inspections this month include Zhengzhou Metro and Singapore T251 Metro, while the initial inspection orders for Chongqing Metro are in production, and the initial inspection work for other projects has been completed smoothly, with bulk supply already started.
In 2016, Conglin Aluminum vigorously carried out a series of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement activities by streamlining production processes, identifying issues and waste points in the production process to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance product quality; by comprehensively sorting out the current quality management system, increasing the inspection and assessment of process quality management, and strictly controlling product quality to achieve precise management and standardized production, opening up new ways for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, ensuring the achievement of the planned budget targets for 2016.
