As the first domestic manufacturer of aluminum alloy vehicles, Conglin Automobile has been committed to the research and innovation of automotive lightweighting technology for many years, in response to market demands for lightweight, personalized, and specialized models. Based on the current market development situation and order demands, Conglin Automobile is focusing on enhancing the lightweight design of skeleton vehicles. On one hand, the main material of the skeleton vehicle has been changed to a stronger and lighter steel, reducing the vehicle weight by 640KG compared to before. This material change reflects Conglin Automobile's courage and ability to innovate, which has far-reaching significance for the research and development of lightweight technology for other vehicles. On the other hand, to meet customer demands for lightweight skeletons and large-volume boxes, the vehicle height has been reduced within the limits allowed by the state, and the data for the front and rear suspensions has been adjusted, making it possible to design larger volume lightweight special boxes. Currently, the new announcement for the new skeleton vehicle has been completed, and the lightweight design has been successfully applied to orders from express logistics customers. In the future, Conglin Automobile will apply the lightweight design concept to the design of other models to expand the scope of lightweight design and meet customer demands for lightweight vehicles.

With the increase in vehicle models, the variety and quantity of parts have become increasingly large, raising higher requirements for procurement and production work. To further reduce procurement and manufacturing costs and improve procurement and processing efficiency, the technical department has comprehensively sorted and innovatively designed based on the conversion of Japanese parts drawings, integrating parts with the same functions to achieve standardization and generalization of parts across different vehicle models, establishing a standardized management system for parts, effectively reducing costs and improving production efficiency.

The level of production costs is directly related to the operating profit of the enterprise and its sustainable development. Accurately grasping cost data is an important way for enterprises to analyze cost structures, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. To this end, Conglin Automobile has statistically analyzed the actual manufacturing costs of various vehicle models, analyzed the actual cost structure, fully utilized technology to support cost reduction efforts, and reduced existing waste through design adjustments or structural improvements, while improving material utilization through process enhancements. At the same time, in the process of controlling costs, the improvement of vehicle quality is not overlooked. For key components, strict quality control is implemented, a control mechanism for key vehicle components is established, inspection project standards are formulated, and a checking system is formed to ensure that quality is upheld at every level, ensuring the enhancement of vehicle quality.

In terms of employee performance evaluation, the original fixed growth model has been completely abandoned, and a system of paying wages based on the number of vehicles produced has been implemented, truly realizing a performance evaluation mechanism where more work leads to more pay. Employees' earnings are closely related to labor intensity, labor time, as well as product quantity and quality. This not only improves employees' work enthusiasm but also effectively enhances their sense of responsibility for vehicle quality, leading to spontaneous and proactive behavior, making the performance evaluation more complete and relatively reasonable. Another measure closely related to performance evaluation is the realization of product traceability, from the inspection of raw materials upon entry to the entire process of vehicle assembly, using production numbers as traceability identifiers, and connecting with the vehicle operation orders from the production department, achieving dual records and monitoring both vertically and horizontally, making the assessment mechanism of the production department more scientific and reasonable.

With the rapid development of e-commerce and the express delivery industry, as well as national policy support for the express logistics industry, the domestic express delivery industry is experiencing explosive growth.
