On the morning of July 30, to further implement the "Two Studies, One Action" educational activity, the Party Committee of the Group held the second plenary meeting of all Party members in 2016 at the Group Center. Comrade Zhang Peiliang, the Secretary of the Party Committee, along with Party Committee members and more than 130 Party members from various branches attended the meeting, which was presided over by Comrade An Xueli, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade An Xueli organized the attendees to watch and study the newly issued "Regulations on Accountability for Communist Party Members" and the "Special Lecture on the Spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference," pointing out that all Party members should deeply understand the accountability regulations and the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference. They should strictly demand themselves according to the standards of an excellent Party member, fully play the advanced and exemplary role of Party members, and contribute to the development of the Group Company and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the Chinese Dream.
Comrade Zhang Peiliang, the Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered an important speech at the meeting, comprehensively and profoundly summarizing the implementation of the "Two Studies, One Action" educational activity in the first half of the year, and based on the company's development situation in the first half of the year, proposed several new requirements for the development of Party building activities in the second half of the year.
Secretary Zhang pointed out that carrying out the "Study the Party Constitution and Party Regulations, Study the Series of Speeches, Be a Qualified Party Member" educational activity among all Party members is an important practice to deepen intra-Party education and purify the political ecology after the Party's mass line education practice activity and the "Three Stricts and Three Realities" special education. It is an important measure to expand intra-Party education from the "key minority" to the majority of Party members, and to extend from centralized education to regular education. It is also an urgent need to consolidate the achievements of intra-Party education and promote the continuous deepening of strict governance of the Party, as well as to help the Group Company break through difficulties and develop against the trend. All Party members should take the "Two Studies, One Action" activity as an opportunity, combine it with the company's development goals, and use their daily work performance to test the results of their learning.
At the end of the meeting, Secretary Zhang put forward requirements to all Party members: all Party members must internalize the "Two Studies, One Action" into their hearts and externalize it in their actions. Through self-examination and reflection, enhancing faith, strictly observing discipline, and acting according to regulations, they should play the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, set an example for the majority of employees, and inspire all employees to better engage in their work with a good mental outlook, creating a good situation where all employees work together and take practical actions, contributing to the healthy, stable, and rapid development of the company.
