Recently, Longkou City Conglin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was recognized by the China Die & Mould Industry Association as a key backbone die enterprise in China, becoming the only company awarded the title of "Key Backbone Enterprise for Large Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Moulds in China." Conglin Machinery is a member of the China Die & Mould Industry Association, and this is the second time Conglin Machinery has received this honor.
The die industry is crucial to the development of China's manufacturing sector. Die design and manufacturing technology not only represent the production level of industrial products but also reflect the degree of industrial development in a country. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, there has been a sharp increase in demand for new high-strength and high-modulus aluminum alloy materials in fields such as national defense, rail transportation, petrochemicals, electronics, and machinery manufacturing. Therefore, to promote the improvement of research and development levels in die enterprises, the state has continuously increased its support for the die industry.
Since the evaluation work for "Key Backbone Die Enterprises in China" began, our project office has attached great importance to it, actively preparing materials and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements for the application process. This recognition as a key backbone die enterprise for large aluminum alloy extrusion moulds is attributed to Conglin Machinery's continuous efforts and pursuit of excellence. Over the years, Conglin Machinery has continuously increased its investment in die research and development, introduced professional technical talent, and updated processing equipment. It has successfully developed various extrusion production line dies for different tonnages to support Conglin aluminum materials, as well as independently developed a computer management system for large aluminum profile extrusion dies, continuously updating design concepts, which has brought die manufacturing technology to an advanced level in the industry, placing its products among the top in the domestic industry and promoting the comprehensive development of the group's aluminum manufacturing industry.
