On November 4th, Mr. Lu Renfeng, a master craftsman of the great nation, arrived at the Conglin Group as scheduled. The group president Qu Jigang, Novico chairman Wang Gang, president Lü Changshi, and other leaders received Mr. Lu and accompanied him on a tour.
Accompanied by the group leaders, Technician Lu visited Conglin Aluminum, Conglin Fuluhau Automotive, Maituo Lin Aluminum Templates, Novico, and other enterprises. Chairman Wang Gang of Novico introduced the development status of Conglin's emerging high-end aluminum alloy equipment industry, the effective measures taken by Conglin in skill enhancement, talent cultivation, quality control, and the tangible results achieved. Technician Lu expressed that Conglin's persistent pursuit in many aspects is a vivid embodiment of the craftsman spirit of striving for perfection, and thus, Conglin's quality is admirable. During the visit, Technician Lu personally provided welding guidance to Conglin employees, demonstrating the seriousness, rigor, and superb skills of a master craftsman.
Subsequently, the group leaders and Technician Lu had a friendly exchange in the group's VIP room. President Qu Jigang first expressed gratitude for Technician Lu's guidance. President Qu pointed out that as a master craftsman of the great nation, Technician Lu's indomitable spirit and his pursuit of perfection are both admirable. The spirit of Conglin, which has been inherited over more than thirty years of development, embodies the craftsman spirit of pursuing excellence, and Conglin Group hopes to take this opportunity to 'promote the spirit of the great nation’s craftsmen and forge Conglin quality'.
In the afternoon, during the themed lecture 'Learning from Great Nation Craftsmen, Shaping Conglin Craftsmanship', Technician Lu shared his story and understanding of the craftsman spirit with Conglin employees. He conveyed the craftsman spirit of never backing down, never giving up, and striving for perfection through his personal experiences, which deeply resonated with us and inspired us greatly. As he said, first-class enterprises cannot be separated from first-class quality, and first-class quality cannot be achieved without first-class craftsmen. We must cultivate the craftsman spirit to create excellent products. After the lecture, three outstanding female welders from Conglin presented flowers to Technician Lu to express their respect and requested to learn from him. Technician Lu expressed his intention to cultivate outstanding female craftsmen for the new era at Conglin.
Subsequently, Chairman Wang Gang of Novico expressed gratitude for Technician Lu's candid and sincere sharing. Chairman Wang said that Technician Lu's story deeply moved him and left a lasting impression.
