On November 16, a delegation led by Cui Yingbo, Vice President of the Naval Aviation Engineering Academy of the People's Liberation Army of China (hereinafter referred to as "Naval Aviation Academy"), visited Conglin Group Co., Ltd. for a tour and strategic discussions, accompanied by the group's chairman Su Zhenjia and other leaders.

Accompanied by Chairman Su Zhenjia, Vice President Cui and his delegation visited various aluminum industry workshops of the Conglin Group, including Conglin Aluminum, Conglin Fuluh Hao Fu Automobile, Maituo Lin Aluminum Formwork, and Conglin Kaiwa. During the visit, Chairman Su provided a comprehensive introduction to the current development status of Conglin in the field of high-end lightweight aluminum alloy equipment, focusing on the research and production of special aluminum alloy ships and their specific performance parameters, which Vice President Cui showed particular interest in. After observing the production situation on-site and listening to Chairman Su's detailed explanations, Vice President Cui expressed that Conglin's strength in the aluminum alloy equipment field is impressive, and Conglin's lightweight equipment products are trustworthy.

Subsequently, the leaders from both sides held in-depth and friendly strategic discussions in the group's central VIP room. Chairman Su mentioned that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party, the Central Committee of the Party, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, has elevated the development of military-civilian integration to a national strategy, providing direction and guidelines for promoting military-civilian integration development from a new historical starting point. Implementing the military-civilian integration development strategy is not only a significant political responsibility but also an important development opportunity. Especially, the cooperation between Conglin Group and the Naval Aviation Academy has a broad foundation, as Conglin's product quality in the domestic special ship and other equipment fields is top-notch, while the Naval Aviation Academy's equipment needs, faculty strength, and resource advantages can complement Conglin's shortcomings, thus achieving a mutually beneficial and win-win situation for both parties. Vice President Cui stated that Conglin's strength in the field of high-end aluminum alloy lightweight equipment is trustworthy, and the cooperation between the two sides will be a strong alliance, with the results of the collaboration worth looking forward to.

During this discussion, both parties reached multiple cooperation intentions and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. They plan to collaborate through the establishment of a joint research and development center, setting up laboratories, creating teaching bases, sharing mentors, and having Conglin Group enter the military-civilian integration innovation demonstration base, among other methods. Under the premise of fully sharing talents and resources, they will make full use of each other's advantages, work together, explore together, tackle challenges together, and conduct joint research and development.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks the official establishment of a strategic cooperative relationship between the group company and the Naval Aviation Academy. The establishment of this cooperative relationship with the Naval Aviation Academy will undoubtedly bring more development opportunities to Conglin, and the sharing of advantageous resources and collaboration on key challenges will certainly enable Conglin to achieve breakthroughs in technology and elevate its corporate strength and brand influence to a new level.
