On April 9, Xu Lejiang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Yu Wei, Deputy Director of the Raw Materials Department, Jing Dawei, Director of the Nonferrous Metals Division of the Raw Materials Department, Qian Huantao, Director of the Shandong Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Deputy Director Wang Wanliang, and others visited the Conglin Group to investigate the development of the high-end aluminum materials industry. They were accompanied by Zhang Yongxia, Deputy Secretary of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Wang Xiaojun, Deputy Mayor, Liu Fusheng, Director of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, Han Shijun, Secretary of the Longkou Municipal Party Committee, Mayor Lü Bo, and other leaders including Su Zhenjia, Chairman of the Group, and Qu Jigang, President.
Vice Minister Xu Lejiang and his team conducted an on-site inspection of the Conglin Aluminum Alloy High-end Equipment Industrial Park. Chairman Su Zhenjia introduced the aluminum processing industry situation and development plan of Conglin Group to the visiting leaders. After years of innovative development, Conglin Group has achieved industrial transformation and upgrading, making significant technological breakthroughs in the fields of high-end aluminum alloy materials and deep-processed terminal products. It was the first to achieve the localization of high-speed rail vehicle body materials and the first to obtain production qualifications for aluminum alloy semi-trailers from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The group has won one first prize and one second prize for national scientific and technological progress, obtained more than 50 invention patents, and has led the drafting of more than 10 national standards for high-speed rail and lightweight vehicles. By introducing high-end technologies from Germany and Finland, it has developed industries such as aluminum structures, aluminum ships, and aluminum templates, broadening the application range of aluminum, and established the first aluminum alloy lightweight equipment industrial park in the country, covering high-performance aluminum alloy structural materials, rail vehicle components, lightweight vehicles, aluminum alloy special ships, aluminum alloy structural engineering, and building templates, achieving industrial cluster development. Conglin Group hopes that the state can provide policy support for the application and deep processing of aluminum products, accelerating the promotion of new technologies and products in the aluminum industry.
Vice Minister Xu Lejiang fully affirmed the achievements of Conglin Group in the field of deep processing of aluminum products! He pointed out that the development of the aluminum processing industry in Conglin has high technical content and added value, which is an effective way to resolve the overcapacity of electrolytic aluminum, while also achieving energy conservation and emission reduction in transportation and other fields, with a very good development direction!
