Jungle Aluminum is a comprehensive company specializing in the production of high-end industrial aluminum alloy profiles and the research and development of lightweight equipment. The company was formerly the aluminum processing industry sector of Jungle Group Co., Ltd. In April 2020, it was jointly invested and acquired by Anhui Conch Venture Investment Co., Ltd. and Bank of China Credit Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The enterprise completed the restructuring and reorganization of assets and business, entering a new stage of development. The company is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, with a superior geographical location, belonging to a coastal port city, and convenient transportation. Jungle Aluminum is a domestic enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of high-end industrial aluminum profiles and lightweight equipment, with 15 large aluminum extrusion production lines, 8 aluminum alloy automatic welding production lines, and 6 large five-axis CNC machining centers, among other advanced production and processing equipment. II. Recruitment Needs

1. Equipment Management

Number of Positions Required:20 people

Professional Requirements:Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Thermal Dynamics and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in mechanical and electrical management work, guiding and supervising the normal operation of relevant equipment in the company as well as daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, responsible for the construction of the company's equipment management system, organizing the summary and analysis of equipment operating status, able to propose professional plans for equipment repair and transformation based on actual conditions and organize implementation, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's equipment.

2. Product Design

Number of Positions Required: 15 people

Professional Requirements:Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in product design and development work, able to plan product design schemes according to customer requirements, complete production transformation, technical specification formulation, etc., able to propose product optimization and improvement plans based on actual conditions and organize implementation, ensuring that the company's product design meets customer requirements.

3. Process Technology

Number of Positions Required:5 people

Professional Requirements:Material Forming and Control Engineering, Metal Materials and Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in aluminum alloy melting and casting, extrusion forming, mold manufacturing, surface treatment, profile welding processing, CNC processing and other related process work, responsible for the company's process planning, process execution supervision, process optimization and improvement, process standardization and other process technology management work, able to lead and organize technical breakthroughs, solve process technology problems in production, ensuring product quality meets standards and processes are advanced.

4. Mold Design

Number of Positions Required:5 people

Professional Requirements:Mechanical Design, Mold Design and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in the design and development of extrusion molds, familiar with the design, processing, heat treatment, and use of the company's aluminum profile extrusion molds and related process technologies, able to design and develop high-performance extrusion molds that meet requirements based on product and technical characteristics, and propose optimization and improvement plans for mold design based on actual conditions, continuously improving mold quality and performance, ensuring that the company's mold design meets extrusion requirements.

5. Marketing

Number of Positions Required:3 people

Professional Requirements:Marketing and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in market development work, able to organize market expansion work based on the demand for sales products in the market, lead the implementation of sales plans and market promotion, complete customer development and business development tasks, able to propose marketing optimization and improvement plans based on the sales market situation and organize implementation, ensuring that the company's products are marketable, and that sales and market share continue to increase.

6. Supply Management

Number of Positions Required:2 people

Professional Requirements:Logistics Management and Business Administration and other related majors

Development Direction:Mainly engaged in supply management work, familiar with the company's material supply management, responsible for the management of the company's material procurement plans, procurement business handling, supplier management, etc., tracking and analyzing the usage of purchased materials, proposing procurement improvement and optimization plans and organizing implementation, ensuring that the company's material procurement is cost-effective and stable.

III. Application Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

2. Comply with the company's job arrangement and internal job transfers, willing to work in multiple positions.

3. Good physical health, strong communication skills, solid professional knowledge, and no failing grades in core courses.

4. Excellent academic performance, holding important positions in the student council, priority consideration for party members.

5. After both parties confirm their intentions, agree to sign an employment agreement and agree to sign supplementary terms.

IV. Probation Period and Benefits

1. Probation Period and Salary: Probation period of 3-6 months, outstanding performance may lead to early placement.

4500-7000 yuan/month, especially outstanding individuals will have tailored plans.
