On July 10, 2020, the mid-year work meeting of Conglin Aluminum Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Room 131 of the Conglin headquarters.Chairman Zhu Zhongping, members of the company's management team, heads of departments and supervisors, leaders of subsidiaries and department headsattended the meeting.

According to the agenda, Chief Financial Officer Shen Yuguo reported on the company's financial operation status for the first half of 2020. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the overall capacity utilization rate of the company in the first half of the year was relatively low, but in the second quarter, the company fully accelerated the resumption of work and production, overcoming difficulties, and the overall completion of the semi-annual production and sales budget indicators was good.

Subsequently, the general managers of Conglin Aluminum and Novico, Qu Xianglong, Mai Tuo Lin, Qu Zhongyan, Conglin Fuluhai, Chen Guangzhi, Conglin Kaiwa, Zhao Guizhi, Ri Qing Conglin, Zhou Guangren, Operations Department Head Wu Hongshi, Chief Engineer Gao Anjiang, Human Resources Department Head Hu Yuzhi, Audit and Supervision Department Head Ma Yuda, and Assistant to the President's Office Director Gao Zhenwu reported on the completion of work in the first half of 2020, deeply analyzing the existing problems in current work, clarifying improvement measures and key work plans for the second half of the year.

After the reports, the leaders of the company's management team provided comments and requirements for the work they oversee for the second half of the year.

President Su Zhenjia represented the company's management team members to present the mid-year work report of Conglin Aluminum Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd.

First, President Su briefly reviewed the completion of key work tasks in the first half of the year. In the first half of 2020, Conglin Aluminum, under the leadership of the board of directors and with the support of the professional teams from Haichuang and Zhongyinxin, overcame the adverse effects brought by epidemic prevention and bankruptcy reorganization, actively carried out production operations, management reforms, technological innovations, and achieved significant results.

Subsequently, President Su reported on the completion of work in various sectors for the first half of the year and pointed out that there are still some shortcomings in the company's management work. In the second half of the year, efforts should be made to promote management reforms, enhance basic management, strengthen marketing, control costs, implement job classification and staffing, and strengthen performance assessments; efforts should be made to promote the automotive capacity expansion project and the new energy vehicle parts project, strengthen technical capability building, conduct comprehensive training, improve the overall quality and level of human resources, and ensure the company's sustainable development.

Chairman Zhu Zhongping delivered an important speech at the meeting, fully affirming the achievements made by the company in the first half of the year. All companies and departments have earnestly implemented the company's plans and management requirements, and the development of various projects has started smoothly, with orderly progress in various basic management tasks, achieving good operating results.

At the same time, Chairman Zhu Zhongping deeply analyzed the industry risks, operational risks, production risks, and management risks faced by the company in its current development, emphasizing the need to pay close attention to key work such as the development of joint ventures, maintenance of production equipment, market customer resources, technical talent teams, compensation systems, and basic management systems. Focusing on the company's long-term healthy development, President Zhu proposed the guiding principle of "seeking breakthroughs through development and promoting benefits through management," optimizing and adjusting the existing industrial sectors: first, consolidating the development of the rail transit sector; second, vigorously developing lightweight automobiles; third, expanding the production and sales of aluminum formwork for construction and the leasing market; fourth, actively promoting the research and development and market development of new energy vehicle parts.

President Zhu pointed out the need to strengthen talent team building and cultivate management teams, emphasizing the importance of internal talent development, being good at discovering, utilizing, and guiding talent. At the same time, a complete cadre selection and employment system should be established as soon as possible to provide professional management personnel for the company's future development; technical talents should focus on both retention and attraction, establishing corresponding mechanisms and standards, and a reasonable salary distribution mechanism to motivate technical personnel; recruitment of skilled talents should be carried out as soon as possible to expand the number of frontline technical workers. Additionally, production organization should be optimized, job allocation should be refined, and multi-role implementation should be adopted; a salary reform plan should be improved to implement a system of more work for more pay, rewarding diligence and punishing laziness.

President Zhu emphasized the importance of educating cadres and employees, enhancing their love for their jobs and awareness of performing their duties well. Discipline inspection and supervision audit work should be strengthened to ensure regular supervision and inspection, covering all business activities and financial audits.

Finally, Vice President Wang Gang summarized the meeting.
