The maximum ingot size can reach 560mm, and the flat aluminum ingot size is 680*280mm. The quality, variety and technology of ingots have reached the domestic leading level. Equipped with 15 large, medium and small extrusion production lines such as 10,000 tons, 9,000 tons, and 8,000 tons, it has been the most complete aluminum extrusion production base with the most complete gradient configuration of extrusion presses in China. It can produce various large, medium and small sections of aluminum profiles. A large industrial aluminum profile with a maximum section of 900mm, a maximum diameter of 600mm, and a product length of 30 meters. Based on its own material advantages, it has introduced large-scale gantry automatic welding robots such as Austrian IGM and German CLOOS and German FOOKE large-scale five-axis CNC gantry machining center.
