Longkou Conglin Aluminum Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Conglin Aluminum)was founded in 1992.It is a research and development and manufacturing base for aluminum profiles for high-speed trains and subway and light rail vehicles in China.It is one of the“Top Ten industrial aluminum extrusion Enterprises in China”.It has 15 internationally leading aluminum extrusion production lines with reasonable gradients of 10MN-100MN,and has built advanced aluminum alloy smelting and casting production lines and flexible processing production lines for extrusion molds,with an annual output of 100,000 tons of various high-end industrial aluminum profiles.Products are widely used in rail transit bodies,lightweight automobiles,ships,power electronics,machinery manufacturing,marine equipment and other fields.
As an earlier enterprise engaged in the research and development and production of industrial aluminum profiles in our country,Conglin Aluminum has accumulated a wealth of aluminum alloy smelting and casting,mold design and manufacturing,extrusion technology,heat treatment and other process technologies.The world's first 10,000-ton extruder independently developed has achieved a major breakthrough in heavy-duty extrusion equipment and large-scale aluminum profiles,and won the first prize of national science and technology progress;the company took the lead in realizing the localization of aluminum alloy body materials for high-speed trains in China,and has successively completed the development of 300Km/h,350Km/h,380Km/h,and 500Km/h high-speed train body materials,becoming the main domestic supplier in this field,related technologies and products won the second prize of National Science and technology Progress and the commendation award of the China Industry Awards;the aluminum profiles of key lightweight components of automobiles were developed.The China Association of Non-Ferrous Metals Industry evaluated it as“the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level”,which has promoted the progress of lightweight technology in China's automobile industry and the realization of energy-saving and emission reduction goals.
